Sadly i firstly thought that this firm were very friendly but its a cover up in my experience , i ordered three items as presents after a great NUFC win , i chased after weeks on a weekly basis then received one not the three - all the time i chased weekly i was told oh we have a huge backlog - oh we have had technical issues with the address, , ( these were gifts for sons , so i wanted to give them together ) when eventually i received all 3 one was faulty , i contacted Martyn he said 2 options you can fix it yourself !!! (at that price , i dont think so ) or ill send a label to return , i chose the return and despite phone calls e mails and voicemails he is not now answering any communication at all , and i will have to seek redress id say do not be fooled by the initial sob story and friendly attitude , because if there is anything wrong in my experience they just blank you and ignore you .
