Excellent customer service.I chased up an order and received a prompt response (outside of business hours) explaining orders normally took longer than I had anticipated. I explained the order was for a birthday and was then promised I would receive it ASAP. The order was sent the next working day and I received it the following morning.Cannot fault at all.
