HobbyDB Email Service Rude

HobbyDB Customer Service Rude , Unprofessional & Immature-April 23rd- I received an invite from HobbyDB asking me to come back as a premium member for only half the price at $14.99 . So I logged into my HobbyDB account , and then click on their offer and pay the $14.99.April 29th- Just 5 days after paying for a yearly premium membership. When I attempt to log into my 1 and only 1 HobbyDB account , it states that I do not have a premium membership . Hmmmmm , So I assume that my Credit Card payment didn't go thru for some reason and so I decide to pay yet again. So I click the special offer link again , and again pay for the yearly premium membership , using the same exact credit card that I had used back on April 23rd . Immediately I get premium access.Now , Just to make sure I didn't get charged twice for the same subscription I decided to check my CC and make sure . But when I check I find that my credit card purchase back on April 23rd not only was charged....but it postedGreat , So the April 23rd payment posted , and then I just now made a payment for the same amount and account, so now I call my credit card , explain the situation , and they cancel one of the 2 payments.....and rightfully so.After this mistake was cleared up with my CC , I then send a courtesy email to HobbyDB just to let them know what had happened.You would think that I would get a THANK YOU for reaching out to usBut no , that email sparked 3 days of HobbyDB arguing with me stating that I only paid 1 time. Even though I sent NUMEROUS SCREENSHOTS showing my CC statement. Then after 3 days back and forth of them wanting me to jump thru hoops and prove myself ( WHICH I DID) and rather than them apologizing for their systems premium login issue , that kicked this whole issue off in the first place , Did they finally & only admit to receiving my 2 payments after the fact that they themselves , without me asking for , closed my account for no reason whatsoever . Then invited me back ?! Never once was I treated courteously , in fact it was all pretty disrespectful . And even though I included my contact number so that they could call me directly ( RATHER THAN AN UNLIMITED EMAIL CHAIN) I offered them a 3way call with my CC company. I was ignored each and every time. Not what I expected from HobbyDB's customer service......................UPDATE - After reading the response from this company I am utterly appalled at their blatant lies , #1 " Unfortunately this user then also filed a PayPal claim ".......This is just aflat out lie on their behalf , I paid with my CC therefore I only needed to make 1 call to get the situation resolved , AND THAT WAS TO MY CREDIT CARD ONLY , I never reached out to " Paypal " in any sort of way.........................#2 " After multiple aggressive emails .... " I reached out to them as a COURTESY to inform them why I had canceled 1 of my 2 accidental payments . I did this as a courtesy and did not owe them a heads up . Only After multiple emails from them denying that 2 payments existed , after ignoring my multiple pleads for them to call me rather than sending ridiculous emails back and forth , did I finally have enough of their incompentcy . I told them a family member had just died , that I didn't have time for this , and that I was just giving them a heads up and wasn't looking for a long term back and forth relationship from them . They couldn't care less as they CONTINUED to send ridiculous emails , and accusations. Now , After reading their response if they would like to continue to LIE as they did in their response , then by all means we can definitely get PAYPAL involved and see which one of us is truly lying here . They claim I filed a claim with paypal / I claim that not only did I not file a claim with Paypal , but I never even reached out to paypal in any matter. Put your money where your mouth is ! It all came down to an incompetent employee/owner that simply made multiple mistakes , and rather than just own up to it , they doubled down by lying , and harassing a customer that was dealing with a death in the family .
