Brenda from the Escalation Team helped me solve my issue. The account was created by mistake and was charged twice. I unsubscribe but was still changed after I unsubscribe to the site. I reached out to the company via email and explained what happen and I was told that I could not get a refund, I would have to use the credits on the website. But the escalation team reached out and resolved the issue by apologize and agreed to a fully refunded.
