My bank has helped to get the money refunded refunded - Hobbysouls.com has ended my subscription.However for over 7 months hobbysouls.com have taken 14 payments from my account. I have not agreed to 13 of these. I am in the process of trying to sort this out, it's making me very stressed - I will now go through my account each month with a fine toothcomb. My husband and I have suffered a period of extreme ill health and stress - it is so galling to be robbed as soon as your eye is off the ball, so to speak.
