My order shipped with a white jacket (supposed to be ivory) and a black suit that was supposed to fit me perfectly (but was way to big). Additionally, I was greeted with amazing support prior to placing an order, and then I was ghosted as soon as the order was placed. My suit did not arrive with the custom specs chosen, and was the wrong color. I have now had to pay a $14.00 fee (I don't see anything about this on the website) and I am told that they will only remake the suit in the same white color. This experience has been quite stressful!
