I ordered two identical jackets at different times. My second jacket arrived yesterday 05/11/25. Even though I had asked for smaller sizes on the on line application order, the jacket once again arrived with huge arm holes, sleeve, 4" longer than requested and a waist measurement that was actually almost 10 inches larger than my order. The jacket was huge (as was the first one) and had no relation to the requested measurements. I have the first order now at my own tailor who told me of the faults but he's trying his best. Because the armholes are so low and large they can not be fixed. I will show him the second one soon but I am very reluctant to send these pieces to a tailor recommended by Hackerty. How could 2 identical orders be so wrong? This is not bespoke tailoring especially since there is no relation to the measurements I ordered.
