I requested cancellation of my hoichoi subscription in November 2025. Support confirmed in writing that the subscription was cancelled and would not renew.Despite this confirmation:I was charged again in December 2025 (later refunded).I was charged again in January 2026 (refunded after complaint).I was charged yet again on 17 February 2026, despite written confirmation that the subscription was permanently cancelled and no further billing would occur.Each time, support issues a refund after escalation, but the billing continues the following month. This indicates that cancellation is not being properly implemented on their backend systems.This has caused repeated inconvenience and unnecessary stress. Customers should not have to dispute charges every month after cancellation has been confirmed in writing.I strongly recommend that hoichoi review and fix their subscription cancellation and billing processes to prevent this from happening to others.
