I have been a subscriber for Hoichoi just to be able to watch Bengali content far from home abroad as I live in the UK. But I have to admit the customer support for such a platform is beyond appalling. No proffessionalism and they just do not care about a subscriber failing to login inspite of charging my account twice. Its an absolute shame they do not have a contact number! I highly recommend not to subscribe to this platform as there is absolutely no technicalSupport and your money is drained. My next step is to inform OFCOM requesting strict action and if possible to ban this company who are doing business abroad with zero customer support.
