I have been trying to resolve a claim for my defective Arahi 7 (159.09€) for almost a month. I had the receipt and all photos. I finally get an email from 'Hassnaa' only after I was complained on Instagram, but their server REJECTS every email I send (11 MB) with the message: 'recipient's email provider rejected it'.I am a loyal customer with a clear manufacturing problem(sole peeling off) but HOKA company makes it impossible to communicate. Shameful service. I just want my replacement or a refund. Fix your system!
