Despite having paid for the item, I have not received it! DPD failed to notify me via phone or email regarding a locker delivery, and they are now claiming the item has been returned to their depot. I have been attempting to resolve this through HOKA "Chat With Us" service, which has been entirely unhelpful and absolut useless to put it very mildly. No contact number to speak to anyone at HOKA. Online customer service contacted few times through their chat support and each time I got the message ''I can see your query has already been shared with our team. They’ll be in touch with you by email within 1–3 working days with an update. Thank you so much for your patience while we look into this for you'' and no one has contacted me so far. HOKA’s customer service is absolutely horrible. If you order from them, just pray nothing goes wrong because you will be left stranded. Their support is poor, unresponsive, and a total nightmare to deal with!
