Sent my return through DPD they have lost it. Between Hoka and dpd they are hiding behind chat bots and third world call centres. Never will I use this company again.
You need a good returns as it is the worst company ever for sizing advice on site was one size smaller but I ordered one size bigger knowing Hoka sizes. Too small!!!!
Now they have magically disappeared and ai chat bot says it will reply in 1 to 3 days by email. Disgusting when you pay so much for these trainers. Anyone would think it was a pound shop.
