Initially the Hoka shoes (color) was out of stock but a replenishment date was provided with an option to receive an email confirming new stock was available. My order was received in 4 days, over the Easter weedend, shipping was included, Veterans discount and free returns, if needed. Prices were the same as other retailers. A sealable plastice return bag was provided with return instructions. These folks have thought of everything to ensure an easy process when making an on-line purchase, so uncommon in today's on-line retailers. Far exceeded my expectations. Thanks!
