My first contact with HA was with Fay and this was at 11:30pm! She set up a call as I was scared and worried about my future after some false accusations. I had no idea what to do next and who to turn to. This changed when I spoke to Fay, she reassured me and made me feel like she had my back and would sort out this problem. Throughout the whole process, she has been a massive emotional support for me, she will never understand how valuable that was, at such a bad time in my life.
