I purchased a Holdi-Locks kit after first learning about it a couple of years ago. I've always kept my hair at shoulder-length or above and so didn't feel like I could use it until my hair got a little longer. I am happy to support this small business and ordered direct instead of a copy-cat product from another website. The ordering experience was smooth, and shipping was prompt. All appropriate security measures are in place. I believe the inventor/vendor would do well to invest a little more time in marketing and instructional videos for using the product. I remember there being more YouTube videos a couple of years ago that I am not able to find now. I wasn't quite sure what all the pieces in the kit should be used for, even with the instructions that were included. I took the kit to my hairstylist who was equally flummoxed, but we managed to come up with some solutions. The beauty of this kit and the device is that it is flexible and can be used to put up hair in a variety of ways. Admittedly, that's difficult to convey in a set of instructions or use-case scenarios.
