I'm unable to complete any orders on the website as it won't let me check out. Despite reaching out to customer service twice, I haven't received a response. I've emailed and called, feeling so frustrated that if I didn't like the products, I would consider going elsewhere. Additionally, the packaging for the Optimum brain food was perforated, but it didn't work, so I had to use scissors to open it, which defeats the purpose of buying this product. I also received no response regarding this concern.
