I have recently returned from South America after a bespoke holiday organised by Louise at Holiday Architects. I cannot praise her, and the firm, highly enough. She put together a holiday based on what I thought I wanted to do but including some ideas of what might also fit in well. I was travelling on my own and Louise was very sensitive to this in terms of making sure that my hotels were in parts of cities where she knew I would be safe. It is so important to be dealing with people who are so familiar with the destinations. Having planned this, Louise was a welcome presence in the run up to the holiday, when I had a wobble over the arrangements. She was always on the end of the phone to answer those little questions that come up. I can only say a huge thank you and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use the firm.
