We've never used a company like this before and have always planned and booked our own trips, so I was a little wary. However, we didn't want to embark on a self drive trip in Oman with a child without a little bit of back up!Initially, I had a long discussion with Emma by phone about the tentative plans I had and what we were looking for. She quickly came back with a suggested itinerary and likely costs, which we tweaked. It was great to chat through ideas with someone who really knew the country. We decided to book the trip and now we've returned we're so pleased we did. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely use the company again. Things like having the hire car dropped off at our hotel for us, being given a local mobile for emergencies, having someone on hand both before and during the holiday to answer questions, etc. all made for such an easy and safe experience.Thank you Holiday Architects!
