Louise Mumford @ Holiday Architects has been phenomenal in planning and organising our holiday to Argentina as well as looking after us whilst there.We have booked flights a year before but left it late to organise our itinerary in Argentina. With some trepidation as I had never used a travel agent before, I searched for Latin American specialists and Holiday Architects came up and seemed highly recommended.Louise spoke to us over the phone to understand what we liked and and preferences around travel, hotels etc. She then came back with a draft which was perfect. She suggested places we would have liked at and so glad we went - Particularly the Salta region which was a revelation. All the flights, transfers and guides were organised and worked seamlessly. The hotels were great - mostly smaller boutique establishments and beautiful wineries. We now have a taste for Argentina and South America and will be back will definitely use Holiday Architects.
