Kirsty organised a special family holiday for us to South Africa and couldn’t have been more helpful and thorough with travel tips, driving directions and suggestions of what to do (and pack!). The places we stayed in were all lovely for different reasons and she planned a great mix of relaxation, activity and safari as the final highlight. All the arrangements went smoothly and we felt well-supported throughout - love the HA app! This was a bigger trip than we’ve done for years and we were in really good hands with Kirsty - she knows her stuff and she put care and thought into tailoring the holiday to our preferences and budget.
