Holiday Dukes After seeing an advertisement on Facebook whilst already dealing with other independent travel agents I thought when not see if the specific holiday I was looking for could be matched or beaten in price. Holiday Dukes will beat it if its possible, he beat the price I got from 2 other agents.  So if your looking for the best possible price he will deliver.  One of the other agents was trying to beat Holiday Dukes but the last minute said the room was no longer available and offered a different room which would likely have cost more.  In regards to the service I got from Noah King- he was brilliant, he went above and beyond to deliver what I asked for, he also took it upon himself to get me better flights to make the most of the holiday by getting me into male early and getting an extra half day on my holiday.  He also added little extras where he could.  As soon as you give a small deposit he will reserve your room, which I checked independently and got confirmation from the hotel.  As soon as flight payment was made I was sent my flight details, which can be checked with the airline.   I now have the hotel to pay off with the peace of mind I have my flights snd the room is reserved.  I was a pain at times, as I've never dealt with an independent travel agent, but rest assured Holiday Dukes is everything they claim to be, they are a sub brand of another company which has years of experience and contacts that they can make use of.  They are both ATOL and ABTA protected.  Noah went above and beyond to allow me to pay by a payment method I was happy with (credit card via a payment link), as many independent travel agents request bank transfer.  I could not fault Holiday Dukes on the process of finding me best price, delivering what they promised, and doing it efficiently and smoothly.
