Beware of scammers. They took my money and provided no confirmation for nearly a week. After numerous calls and requests to file a complaint, I finally received some information, but still no ATOL certificate. Every holiday I've booked previously has come with an ATOL certificate immediately, so now I'm left chasing this. The staff are overseas and use names like Jessica and John, employing delay tactics such as promising to call back but never doing so. I will continue to leave comments until my issues are resolved, and I will be submitting a formal complaint.
