HORRIBLE, UNPLEASANT STAY--BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!I booked many hotels on my current trip, and this was the 2nd worst--yet the most expensive!Noise: The clientele here is unbelievably loud--it sounded like someone was banging a sledgehammer on my outside wall/door at odd hours of the night. I called the reception desk--and they did not even offer to send me to another room.There is a sign in the hallways that says, "Quiet Hours are Enforced," but the hotel is unable to enforce them because...Security: There are NO CAMERAS on the floors. This means that if somebody is making constant noise, there is no way for management to tell who is doing it. This is also a huge security issue, and suggests that illegal activity is likely here.Customer Service: Management was polite, but when I told them that I had gotten terrible sleep because of the noise issues, they refused to refund my stay. Their position was, "If you had a bad night, that's your fault." They kept saying I had "options" to change my situation. NO--I can't find a new hotel room at 2 in the morning, nor am I keen on dragging all my belongings into a new room at 2 in the morning. YOU NEED TO ENFORCE YOUR OWN QUIET HOURS--that's on you.Decor/Appearance: The rooms look like they are straight out of the 1970's: ugly browns and yellows. My microwave was easily 20 years old. There is no way a room like this should cost $150+.I am baffled that this hotel had no pride in its brand and refused to discount or completely refund my stay. I will NEVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN AGAIN!
