Easy to make the reservation and wish we'd booked the excursions offered. The administration was fast and efficient. However, due to the nature of my request for airport assistance it took some days to send to Turkish Airlines. Once TA received my request from Turkish Airlines Holiday the response time was fast and efficient. I have not taken the holiday yet.UPDATE: At the time I wrote the above we'd not taken our holiday in Istanbul. Everything went extremely well with the flights, airport assistance and transfers. Our choice of hotel was the perfect location - not far from any of the tourist sites - easily walkable. We shall be back again!
