This was the first time I had received a call whilst on the motorway to Gatwick to ask how I was getting on.On arrival, Naphew kept us waiting only about 5 minutes.I got to the Gatwick check-in to discover that I had left my passport at home.Naphew had already left the airport, so I had to recall him to get my car back.I explained the problem and he even offered to go and collect it, over an hour away! I needed to reject his very kind offer.On returning to Gatwick, Naphew was back with 10 minutes to take my car away and when we returned from Sicily, Naphew was back with us to return my car in only about 10 minutes.This is easily the BEST meet & greet I have ever experienced.I would have given a 6* recommendation if there was such a button to press !Terence Lyons
