My two main complaints:1. I bought two jars of Shilajit because it was advertised as BOGO. I got charged full price anyways and when I contacted the support team immediately they were like, "what special?" No help at all.2. It's been a month and it hasn't even shipped. No refund, no nothing. No explanation. So I'm posting bad reviews everywhere I can. They deserve it. If it hadn't been recommended to me by a friend who uses it I would never have bought it. I feel like it's a scam.
