Massive choice of products, very clean, well laid out stores, extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. The only down side is that some of the products are ridiculously expensive, hence why I didn’t give a five star review. Come on H&B surely you can reduce your prices a little ? Otherwise, you are going to eventually price yourselves out and that would be a shame , especially when other stores are offering very similar or the same products at a big discount.
