As a frequent customer at H&B, I am extremely disappointed with my two recent orders. I have noticed a recurring issue where their products look acceptable upon arrival, but reveal highly questionable quality once I actually start consuming them.
In my most recent order (9027117614), I purchased some tea bags. Frustratingly, every single time I try to brew them, the tea bags burst open, leaving tea leaves everywhere and making it completely undrinkable. This basic lack of quality is unacceptable and ruins the entire experience.
A more severe issue occurred in an earlier order (Order Number: 9025212675). I received my live friendly bacteria in December 2025. I later discovered to my dismay that the Best Before End (BBE) date was January 2026, and by the time I noticed, the product had already expired. What makes this completely absurd is that I purchased the 120-capsule size. With a recommended dosage of one capsule per day, it was physically impossible for me to finish the bottle before the BBE date. Shipping such short-dated products shows a complete disregard for the consumer's actual usage cycle.
These experiences have caused me to completely lose faith in H&B's quality control and inventory management. Spending money to receive undrinkable tea and expired supplements is a terrible shopping experience. I strongly urge the company to address these issues and stop making consumers pay for their negligence.
