I recently raised a complaint regarding extremely short-dated/expired products (specifically, live friendly bacteria from Order 9025212675). H&B customer service reached out, seemingly eager and proactive to resolve the issue. However, their response turned out to be nothing more than frustrating sophistry.
The customer service representative claimed that my issue was resolved because the product had already been "replaced." Let me clarify the context: that replacement was sent to me simply because H&B forgot to include the item in my original parcel. It was fulfilling a missing item, not a favor.
The absurd part is that the short-dated/expired problem I am actually complaining about is exactly with that specific replacement item they sent. Using a prior fulfillment of a missing item as a shield to dismiss a serious quality control issue is completely unacceptable. It feels like they are playing word games to avoid taking real responsibility.

To add insult to injury, when I tried to reply to their customer service email to clarify this situation, every single email I sent bounced back. I highly suspect that H&B has deliberately blocked my email address to avoid dealing with this unresolved issue.

Furthermore, they attempted to appease me with a discount voucher. However, to actually use this so-called "compensation," I am forced to pay an extra shipping fee. This is not a genuine apology; it is simply a disguised promotion forcing me to spend more money with them.

This deceptive attitude has made an already poor shopping experience much worse. To make things absolutely clear: given the recurring poor quality control, I do not want another replacement sent to me under any circumstances. If H&B genuinely intends to compensate for this mess, I expect a real alternative solution.
