I ordered a couple of items as a birthday present, paid for next day delivery which arrived on time and was beautifully packaged, but one of the items I was sent was the wrong item and wasn't even advertised on the website. I contacted customer services asking for the correct item to be sent with next day delivery and had an auto-reply stating all enquiries will be looked into and responded to within 1-2 days. I had nothing back and have since sent 3 follow up emails/enquiries without a response. I ended up giving the wrong item as one of the presents as I couldn't get a replacement quick enough, but it wasn't what they'd asked for and to have had zero response to any of my emails is just awful. My first email was sent 14 days ago and I still haven't had a reply.
