My first time buying from this company. Ordered 4 items & returned 1, 48 hours after delivery. 3 weeks later, still no refund, no email, no update. I Emailed customer service and had a reply that my issue was being referred to the relevant department, 3 days later I sent a chase up email, end of week still no response. My return was 48 hour postal service, they have had it for nearly 3 weeks and have held on to my £150. Dumbfounded that a company that prides itself on luxury & being built on British excellence can have such terrible customer service. Clearly need to hold on to customer’s money for interest when their clothes are pricey & just above high street brand quality. I’ve never put a bad review up before on anything so this is how disappointed I am!
