I’ve been a loyal Holland Cooper customer and have several of their pieces, which I’ve always loved for their design and quality.Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. A button came off my Amoria Flared Jeans after very little wear, and I was told there’s absolutely no way to get a replacement; not even at my own cost.For a premium brand that promotes craftsmanship and sustainability, it’s surprising that they don’t support small repairs. I hope they reconsider this policy.
