Three Weeks On – Still No Resolution

Beautiful brand and concept, poorly executed. Returned a faulty item that Holland Cooper received on 22 September. I was told it would be processed within five days as per their policy, yet over three weeks later I’ve had to chase repeatedly and been passed between departments. Reading other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue. I’ve made several purchases with the brand and have always loved their clothes, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and falls below the standard expected from a company that markets itself as luxury. The ongoing delay also breaches my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Surprised to learn most pieces are made abroad given the strong “British made” message. Sadly, they’ve lost a loyal customer in me.
