Have ordered many items from this company, however the latest purchase a brown holdall £200 arrived with a faulty zip Immediately contacted the company. Sent a video to show defective zip. Emails are not responded to, and texts bounce back. No customer care at all, finally got to speak to someone after a week, explained now was unable to return the item within the allotted two weeks as going out of the country. No refund, no interest and no resolution. Wrote a review on their site which was obviously not five stars, and they promptly removed it. Probably why all their reviews are positive. Will not be buying from this company again Very disappointed. Used to be good quality and loved visiting the store, however quality has massively gone downhill. No customer care at all. Gone the same way as Karen millen. The customer service team definitely need proper training. This company must be losing thousands as everyone seems to be saying the same thing.
