I purchased a gilet which when it arrive had used sweet wrappers in the pockets along with dirty marks. so the item has clearly been used!After phoning and email their customer service i was informed that I only get a refund 5 days after the item has been returned. A refund should have been offered immediately!I shopped at Holland Cooper directly to insure that the items was new and genuine. Had I wanted a second hand one I could have got that much cheaper elsewhere.poor show Holland Cooper.
