Items nice but customer service is dreadful They pride themselves on luxury but let themselves down on communicating with their customers Not really the experience I expected Still waiting for any confirmation of a refund, they received the item on Monday as I paid nearly £10 for tracking as Northern Ireland is considered “International” !!!! Maybe instead of concentrating on your social media feed actually concentrate on the reviews you are getting from your customers. If I had of known the ratings where so low I wouldn’t of bought from yourselvesVery disappointing experience
