The items I ordered are amazing! The shirts fit exactly how you want them to with great materials, I can’t fault the shirts! The Gilet is also great! I wish there were tightening toggles on the waist but I think the pockets are too thick to have one? I’m not sure, hard to explain but overall a really nice addition to my wardrobe. Where I feel Hollandcooper let themselves down is in the returns/exhange department. It took 9 days from returning item for exchange to receiving exchanged item which is great! However, there was ZERO communication fromHollandcooper. I had no confirmation that the parcel was received, being processed or even sent back out for delivery. I had to chase them up but had no response via their email. When I emailed again I had a response of “I’ll pass your message on to the correct department” and then never heard anything so I had to phone them to find out where my parcel was! I was told over the phone “it should be out for delivery” on the same day of phoning! I had no emails telling me my parcel had even been received, Nevermind out for delivery! Unfortunately the item was left at my back door while it hammered down and was drenched by the time my partner arrived home to take indoors. Had I had an email from HC we would have timed my partner being at home for the delivery. It’s just frustrating that you pay a premium price for a premium brand and the most fundamental part (communication) is terrible. This would be a 5/5 star brand if they fix their returns/communication out.
