Ive bought many items from in store or online, and never had a problem with quality from the iems, the recent purchase ( back in March) a blazer had a fault so i sent an email enquiring about it as I had only worn the item twice and they had accepted me to return it to which I was suprised with as it is out with the return period but I am absolutely delighted as the blazer is stunning. So ive sent it back today & have the proof recipt, but in all I'd say so far Ive had superb customer service & I look forward to my replacement arriving
