On multiple occasions, I received incorrect sizes, which appears to occur when the requested size is not actually in stock.The return process is unnecessarily difficult, and obtaining a refund has been challenging. Phone calls go unanswered, and there seems to be no reliable customer service support available.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
