I didn't want to leave a negative review, but since the customer care team hasn't responded to my two emails, I feel compelled to do so. I've spent a significant amount with this company recently and have never had an issue until now. I'm very disappointed with my latest order, the belt bag. The quality is far below my expectations. The clasp was scratched, the bag was scuffed, and it certainly does not feel 'premium' as advertised. The scuff was immediately visible upon opening the dust bag, so I’m unsure how it passed quality control. The lack of customer service has made this even more frustrating. I've emailed twice with clear photos and explanations, yet there has been no acknowledgment or response. This level of service is unacceptable from a brand I have previously trusted. I will be returning the bag and not reordering.
