Disappointed! Received item in a cardboard box with inlay which was far to big to be gifted properly, emailed to CS Amelia about a smaller box or gift bag to be told the don’t do smaller boxes & I wouldn’t be able to get after sale packaging now which isn’t true! Very quick to respond but lazy unacceptable solution. Therefore returned complete item & awaiting refund. Not the best service from a supposed high end brand!!
