I ordered two bags in the black Friday sale. Paid for them , was informed by email that they were on their way. I Informed the excited recipients ( daughter and daughter in law)they were going to receive the bags for Christmas. Next day received an email stating there was something wrong with their system and they don't have the sale items but I can buy them full price ! Obviously I was not going to do that , several emails were exchanged , no good will whatsoever to receive same bag that they have in stock , different colour ways at price I'd paid already (but they STILL took my money)and informed me I could buy at FULL PRICE ! I was about to become a gold member as I had bought several items over the years , I will NEVER shop with this company ever again as they are hard-faced money grabbers. They do not seem to care about their customers in my experience and I might add the hardware on several items looks very cheap and plastic-like. I will go to Fairfax and Favour now , much nicer quality items and lovely customer relations. I will not support companies who couldn't care less about their customers.
