I placed an order for four items last year. While two were delivered on time, the other two are missing, despite showing as dispatched on the courier app but not actually delivered. I reached out to customer service and received a response from a chatbot stating that they had fulfilled their legal duty by dispatching the items. I sent a screenshot proving that the courier hadn't received them. The chatbot mentioned my issue would be escalated, but a week has gone by without any updates. I've followed up with numerous emails and phone calls, wasting a lot of time. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone (I spent hours trying) and my voicemail was ignored. Meanwhile, I can't use the two items I received because they were meant to be paired with the missing ones. I'm starting to wonder if this is a case of poor customer service or if the company is struggling to meet its commitments. I deeply regret my purchases.
