I purchased a coat from a store and upon getting home, I discovered that one of the cuffs was significantly larger than the other. It took a 2-hour round trip to return it. They replaced it, but two weeks later, the cuffs have started to bobble due to catching on the zips and rubber of the pockets, and the main zip is consistently stiff, making it difficult to zip up at times. For a £250 coat, I expected much better quality. I have emailed customer service three times and received no response. Although they claim to provide a free postage label for faulty returns, based on these reviews, it appears that returns often go missing and refunds take an eternity. I am very disappointed to have been completely ignored and left with one of the worst coats I have ever owned.
