When I received a faulty item, I didn't expect to be given the runaround for returns. I provided proof of purchase and photos of the item, but was told to return it to a store far away. Many other companies would offer an easy solution, but instead, I was left with additional travel costs. I wouldn't recommend relying on their customer service.
