I am sharing my experience after a week of frustration due to a system failure and staff incompetence. My attempt to return two pairs of jeans turned into an hour-long ordeal. The system falsely indicated the items had already been returned. Despite having proof that they hadn't, the store manager took my jeans and left me without any documentation.
