Horrific experience both, with customer services and in store! This issue goes back 4 to 5 months and 5 to 6 orders. For the last 5 to 6 orders ( i have lost count) i order their Dark Wash Slim Straight Mens Jeans but they keep sending the wrong colour. Thinking that i made a mistake, i returned the items and reordered but the same thing happened again. I went to closest Hollister where i live and explained the situation, where i was referred to as old by one of the staff members. After they checked the orders, they have ordered the jeans for me and mentioned i need to call customer service. I still got the wrong jeans!I decided to call customer services and many minutes later and 2 customer service employees, i came to find out that the jeans have 2 SKUs - a long one and shot one. The long SKU is the same for both pairs for jeans (the correct colour and the wrong colour), only the short SKU is different. Moreover, i was told that Hollister is a bit slow in updating the site to reflect that the item/s i ordered are not available. After some time i placed another order, thinking that they have corrected the glitch, well they did not, i still got the wrong jeans. Went back to store and explained again the problem when returning the wrong jeans. This when the store employee referred to me as "this guy" with me standing next to her. Needless to so say, nothing happened with all the feedback i have given everyone up until that point. This morning i have placed another order paying for same day delivery, expecting the wrong jeans anyway. Once i have placed the order, i provided a similar review. Just now, Hollister cancelled my order without providing a reason. Maybe they did not like my review or could not fulfil the order, but it would have been nice to provide a reason.No matter what happens, you can always trust Hollister to drop the ball. This level of service is appalling. If i could, i would have given them no stars.
