The service I’ve been rendered by Hollywood helpline sucks.I logged a complain on the 30th of October till today I’m still struggling to get any assistance.Their team leader by the name of Bongile promised to revert back to me in 48 hrs of which she never did. When I call she’ s been refusing to come to the phone.Firstly I was told that she’s in da meeting,a day after she’s on lunch.I just need my money back that’s it.If they keep on doing this they going to lose more clients each and every day I promise.They don’t take their customers into consideration
