I made a payment to Hollywood bets of R1000.00. using the paysharp option and it immediately went off my account. My bank confirmed that the payment was successful, yet I had to send a POP which I didn't mind but was then told of 24-48 hour turn around. Excuse me if the money is off my account and I actually paid for it to reflect immediately are they going to refund me the cost of that transaction. I think not and the consultants need to get proper training around customer service.
