On the 19/10/2025 I played a soccer ticket and won and according to the confirmation email my winnings was R1169.40 but I was only paid R653.00. There were no cancelled games so i dont understand how they got to that amount. I have played with Hollywoodbets before and won and you always get what to confirmation email says unless of cancellations. The whole week i have been trying on all paltforms to get an answer but Im just not getting joy. I have asked for a contact for the complaints dept and was told they were not allowed to give it to me...I was ****** with a whole R500 and I need to understand how.
